Tahun 2008 ini emang tahun penuh “bumbu” kejutan!! Setelah Emma tahun lalu melahirkan dan Spice Girls back to the stage together as one… kabar tentang hamilnya Melanie C ternyata sudah resmi dikonfirmasi langsung sama Sporty Spice lewat official websitenya : www.melaniec.net !YES! She’s pregnant!! Well shame on you yang udah memberikan dia image negatif, karena Mel C dan Thomas Starr (pacarnya selama 6 tahun terakhir ini) akan mempunyai bayi….
“Well, I can now announce that Tom and I are expecting a baby and we are very happy. As I’m sure you’ll understand we needed time to wait for results and tell our families. Thank you for all your kindness, good wishes and support (even if it was based on speculation!). You all know how much I value my privacy so I’m sure I can rely on you to respect that, particularly at this time. I will be taking it easy but am also excited to start writing for the fifth album. I’ll need some time off to be a mum but, before you know it, I’ll be back.”
Jadi kesimpulannya… setelah Victoria dengan Brooklyn, Romeo dan Cruz… terus Mel B dengan Phoenix Chi dan Angel, terus si Geri dengan Bluebelle dan Emma dengan Beau…. Dan sekarang Mel C, tahun 2009, they’re gonna be SPICE MUMS!!!! Happy happy news! Yay!
